Job Summary:

We are seeking an Early Years Educator Apprentice to join our team at Coventry City Council. The successful candidate will work closely with our Early Years team to deliver high-quality education and care to primary age children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of creative and appropriate play opportunities in a safe, caring, and stimulating environment.
  • Support children in their learning through play and individual next steps.
  • Communicate effectively with children, colleagues, and parents.
  • Work alongside classroom staff within our Early Years provision to gain additional Early Years experience.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship standard/framework.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
