Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team and focus on growing an established customer base within the North/North-West region by promoting apprenticeship training opportunities. As a Sales Executive, you will work from home with field-based responsibilities, meeting clients and prospective clients both virtually and face-to-face across the region.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with organizations in the North/North-West region to promote apprenticeship training solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure continued business growth and retention.
- Work closely with our training team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of apprenticeship training to potential clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales strategies and negotiation skills.
- Proven B2B sales experience, particularly in new sales/business development within a target-driven environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with experience engaging with senior decision-makers in learning and development or at senior management/company director level.
- Ability to deliver a highly professional service and drive results through effective sales strategies.
- Access to a car and willingness to travel within the North/North-West region for client meetings.
- Experience in selling apprenticeships or similar training is advantageous but not essential.
- A competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, plus performance-based incentives.
- Flexibility to work from home.
