In the capacity of a Field Service Engineer, you will be instrumental in our operational success by delivering on-site technical assistance to our clients. Your primary duties will encompass diagnosing and rectifying complex issues within water and wastewater treatment systems, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring peak system functionality. Furthermore, you will work alongside interdisciplinary teams to devise and execute engineering solutions, assist in equipment installations, and provide customer training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site technical assistance for water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve intricate system issues to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Execute preventative maintenance tasks to reduce system downtime.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement engineering solutions.
  • Support equipment installations and commissioning processes.
  • Educate clients on the operation and upkeep of water and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Establish and nurture strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficient IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Capability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and modification tasks, including various piping formats.
  • Familiarity with electrical control systems (basic PLC knowledge) utilized across Industrial, Food & Beverage, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and P&ID schematics.
