In the capacity of a Field Service Engineer, you will be instrumental in our operations by delivering on-site technical assistance to our customers. Your primary duties will encompass diagnosing and rectifying issues within complex water and wastewater systems, performing routine maintenance to ensure peak performance, and collaborating with various teams to devise and execute engineering solutions. You will also be involved in the installation of equipment and providing essential training to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on-site technical support for water and wastewater management systems.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex system challenges to maintain optimal functionality.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to reduce system downtime.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to create and implement engineering solutions.
  • Assist in the installation and commissioning of equipment.
  • Provide training to clients on the operation and upkeep of water and wastewater systems.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in IT applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot both electrical and mechanical issues.
  • Hands-on experience with installation, repair, and modification tasks, including various piping systems.
  • Familiarity with electrical control systems (basic PLC knowledge) across Industrial, Food & Beverage, and Healthcare sectors.
  • Capability to interpret electrical, mechanical, and P&ID schematics.
