About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and qualified professional to join our Talking Therapies team as a Highly Specialist Mental Health Therapist to provide life-changing support for individuals living with complex mental health needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychological services to individuals with moderate to complex mental health needs.
  • Undertake assessments and evidence-based interventions to support individuals in achieving their mental health goals.
  • Support the Clinical Lead in the development and implementation of effective Clinical Governance across the Service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide advice on the best approach to care and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain high-quality clinical records and demonstrate a high degree of professionalism in the face of highly emotive or distressing problems.
Requirements
  • Relevant clinical qualification linked to psychology or mental health.
  • Experience of working with adults and ability to work in line with professional guidelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other professionals.
  • Ability to develop effective therapeutic relationships and maintain a high level of professionalism.
