About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cygnet Health Care. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to our nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our service users.
  • Conduct regular care audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practice.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery.
Requirements
  • Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disability (RNLD) with current Pin Number.
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in a mental health setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.
