Overview of the Position

Northumbrian Water is seeking a dedicated Retail and Visitor Services Team Leader to oversee our retail operations and visitor engagement initiatives.

This role is pivotal in enhancing the experience of our guests and day visitors, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail spaces while striving to optimize revenue and increase profitability through exceptional service delivery.

In addition to managing retail activities, you will serve as a vital source of information for all visitors, offering guidance on various activities and outdoor adventures. You will gain insights into the local environment, wildlife, and attractions, becoming a knowledgeable resource for both your team and our guests.

As the leader of the Retail and Visitor Services team, you will ensure that your team consistently provides outstanding customer service, fostering a motivated and enthusiastic atmosphere that aligns with our vision of excellence.
