Responsibilities
* Develop tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
* Provide safe and effective medication management
* Deliver high-quality care that exceeds expectations
Requirements
* Current NMC registration
* Strong knowledge of clinical practices
* Experience in producing well-developed care plans and risk assessments
* Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
