Position Overview

As a Fragrance Sales Specialist, you will embody our brand's essence in-store, delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales, and creating an unforgettable shopping experience for our clientele. Your passion for fragrances and commitment to teamwork will be essential in achieving sales objectives and guiding customers on a luxurious journey of scent discovery.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership Goals:

  • Achieve financial success in-store by meeting and surpassing sales targets and key performance indicators.
  • Assist the Business Manager in communicating individual and team sales objectives, ensuring they are met, and providing weekly performance reports.
  • Exhibit an entrepreneurial mindset; become a fragrance expert while demonstrating genuine enthusiasm and commitment to the brand's success.
  • Lead by example in all business areas, prioritizing sales, knowledge, and exceptional customer service.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through regular meetings and a supportive management approach, recognizing and celebrating achievements.
  • Coach team members and provide constructive feedback to uphold Maison Crivelli standards in sales, service, and customer experience.
  • Communicate team, store, and customer feedback to unlock commercial opportunities.

Sales & Service Excellence:

  • Engage actively with customers to understand their fragrance preferences and guide them in selecting ideal scents from our collection.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to consistently meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Offer personalized recommendations and upsell complementary products to enhance the customer's fragrance journey.
  • Leverage expert knowledge and storytelling to maximize new product launches and overall business portfolio.
  • Contribute positively to driving store and brand KPIs, focusing on service excellence and brand consistency.
  • Build and nurture a personal client base through exceptional service, maintaining relationships with a unique personal touch.

Product Expertise:

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Maison Crivelli's fragrance offerings, including ingredients, scent profiles, and the craftsmanship behind each creation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products to effectively communicate the unique value of Maison Crivelli's fragrances.
  • Continuously enhance your knowledge through training and self-directed learning to confidently address customer inquiries.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with fellow Fragrance Sales Specialists and store staff to achieve collective sales goals and maintain a cohesive team environment.
  • Share best practices and insights with team members to optimize sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Support team initiatives, including store events and promotional campaigns, to drive traffic and increase brand visibility.
  • Communicate relevant information and commercial feedback to the Business Manager and colleagues as needed.

Standards of Excellence:

  • Ensure the retail space reflects the luxury of our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and hygiene standards, adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Complete all administrative tasks accurately and on time, including personal sales reporting and other required documentation.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role or similar position.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven experience in luxury retail or a customer-facing role.
  • Goal-oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • A strong team player with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts and peak trading periods.
  • Language skills – proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
