KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary aim of the Luxury Brand Representative is to achieve sales objectives collaboratively within the team, adhering to Coty's customer service and sales excellence standards. The ideal candidate should possess a robust sales background and demonstrated experience in the beauty sector, complemented by advanced makeup artistry skills and preferred fragrance expertise.
Your main focus will include:
- Meeting monthly sales goals and upholding company performance indicators
- Leading by example as a brand ambassador, safeguarding the integrity of Coty brands while following company uniform and grooming standards
- Fostering strong relationships with the Coty in-store team and maintaining connections with retailer personnel and management
- Utilizing technology for communication, reporting, and visual merchandising guidelines
- Building rapport with customers to influence sales and encourage upselling

The team comprises a Business Manager, Assistant Business Manager, and several Brand Representatives, collaborating closely with various departments such as Retail Management, Visual Merchandising, National Account Management, Education, and Area Management. All team members are sales-driven makeup artists and fragrance specialists within our luxury portfolio. To succeed in this role, you should be passionate and ambitious, taking pride in representing a prestigious brand.
ARE YOU A COTY FIT?
As an experienced Luxury Brand Representative in beauty retail, you possess a profound passion for makeup and luxury brands, treating the business as if it were your own. You thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
In addition, you should have:
- Expertise in makeup artistry
- A strong sales history, with experience in meeting and managing targets
- The ability to cultivate strong relationships with in-store retail teams
- Preferred knowledge of fragrances
