About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Research Manager to join our expanding team at a leading B2B Technology Market Research company. As a Senior Research Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality research projects that meet client expectations, from design through to delivery of results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver research projects that meet client expectations, ensuring timely and accurate results
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance and support to ensure their success
  • Partner with Executive Client Directors to develop and implement marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in market research and insights
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g. Marketing, Business, Psychology, Economics, Communications)
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Research and Insights
  • Excellent communication and verbal skills
  • Experience with quantitative research methods and techniques
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Ability to turn data into actionable stories for clients
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and being proactive
