Job Title: Northern Field Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Sales Professional to join our team as a Northern Field Sales Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in the North West region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with existing customers to strengthen relationships and understand their needs to maximise sales.
  • Analyse customer data to identify spending trends and opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell the product range.
  • Proactively seek out new business opportunities within your territory and follow up on leads provided by the customer service team.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain solid working relationships with clients.
  • Reengage with lapsed clients, rekindle relationships, and introduce latest offerings.
  • Complete administrative tasks and customer follow-ups in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 18 months experience in a similar field-based role.
  • Experience working within the textiles industry is advantageous but not essential.
  • Commercial acumen to analyse customer data and spot opportunities for growth.
  • Proactive and positive attitude to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organised to manage a busy schedule of client meetings, admin tasks, and follow-ups.
