We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Encompass (Dorset), a supported living service providing care to individuals with complex needs.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our service users, who require emotional and practical support to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination within the team.
  • Ensure care protocols are followed, including SALT guidelines for nutrition, mobility support, and personal care.
  • Manage risks effectively, following safeguarding protocols.
  • Lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements in all aspects of care delivery.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to the individuals we care for.
