The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of our projects, ensuring that all residents receive high-quality, person-centred support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of projects, ensuring consistency in service delivery.
  • Provide direct support to residents, following the Steps To Independence support planning process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a homely environment for young people.
  • Be flexible and adaptable in your role, responding to the diverse needs of our residents.
About You

We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in supported accommodation. Ideally, you will have experience in a similar setting and hold a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). However, we welcome applications from those new to the field who can demonstrate a strong passion for improving young people's lives.
