About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Support Worker to join our team at Encompass (Dorset), a supported living service providing care to individuals with complex needs. As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care, ensuring the people we support live fulfilling, dignified, and independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service Management: Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless coordination within the team.
  • Health and Well-being: Ensure care protocols are followed, including SALT guidelines for nutrition, mobility support, and personal care.
  • Governance and Safeguarding: Manage risks effectively, following safeguarding protocols.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support a dedicated team, ensuring a high standard of care.
  • Compliance: Ensure the service meets regulatory requirements in all aspects of care delivery.
