Key Responsibilities- Work closely with Nursery Managers to ensure each setting meets the standards set out by the EYFS and that children reach their full potential in our care.
- Ensure compliance with all legislation related to Ofsted registration, special needs, safeguarding, and Health and Safety, as well as adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and manage a successful talent pathway for existing staff and new recruits.
- Manage budgets and have a commercial awareness of profitability.
- Have a detailed understanding of the requirements set by Ofsted and experience of working with children and families.
