About the Role

As a Senior Project Manager - Migrations Lead at Royal London, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for migration projects within the organization. This includes developing and implementing comprehensive migration plans, collaborating with technical teams, and ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations during migrations.

About You

  • Experience of leading complex migration projects with cross-functional teams across multiple parties.
  • Highly competent in the use of ETL or ELT migration tools and the use of staging areas for managing the translation and loading of data.
  • Ability to translate complex data requirements to a business audience to ensure clarity of requirements.
  • Proven ability to work in an ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple areas in order to achieve a common business or technical objective.
  • Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.
