About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Project Manager to lead a diverse range of projects or small portfolios, supporting the achievement of the Group strategy effectively and efficiently.

The team delivers projects in key areas including Brand & Marketing, Enabling Functions, Customer, Commercial, and technical space. You will have overall responsibility for planning and managing the delivery of the function's change projects and support for the portfolio covering both Business and Technical driven change.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation and work on a variety of projects with budgets varying in size and scale.

About You

  • Proven track record of successful project and programme delivery, ideally in a Financial Services environment.
  • Experience of building and leading high-performing teams, creating a supportive environment to maximise colleague contribution and engagement.
  • Highly competent in use of planning tools and experienced in operating financial and risk control frameworks in a project setting.
  • Proactivity and future thinking around the management and control of programme/project costs and benefits.
  • Strong stakeholder management experience at all levels up to C-suite.
  • Thorough understanding of different project delivery methodologies and ways of working and able to adopt the most suitable approach to a given project.
  • A self-starter, able to work with minimum supervision or direction.
