The Role:

The Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

  • Develop and implement wellness programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare providers to offer health screenings, flu vaccinations, and other preventive services.
  • Conduct regular assessments to identify potential health risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Build relationships with local service providers to offer a range of activities and events that promote social interaction and engagement.
  • Work closely with our care team to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver wellness training programs.
  • Adaptable, imaginative, polite, professional, helpful, and flexible approach.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to attend relevant training courses.
