The Role:

The Wellness Coordinator plays a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents by promoting their physical and emotional well-being.

  • Develop and implement wellness programs that cater to the diverse needs of our residents.
  • Collaborate with local healthcare providers to offer health screenings and immunizations.
  • Identify and address health risks in residents' homes, working closely with care partners and other services.
  • Establish relationships with local businesses to provide residents with access to discounts and services.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills of our care team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and deliver wellness programs.
  • Adaptable, imaginative, polite, professional, helpful, and flexible approach.
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to attend training courses.
