We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Knowledge Sharing Manager to join our dynamic Central Operations team. Reporting directly to the Head of Customer Experience and Knowledge Sharing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing Lime's knowledge management strategy.

As the Knowledge Sharing Manager, your primary responsibility is to cultivate a thriving knowledge-sharing culture within our organization. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive knowledge programs that empower our Operators with the tools and resources they need to excel in their roles.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Lime's Operations Knowledge Sharing programs.
  • Establish clear metrics, reports, and dashboards to track the effectiveness of knowledge-sharing initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of Operator workflows and needs to tailor knowledge resources and delivery methods for maximum impact.
  • Develop innovative tools and mechanisms to support content creators within Central Operations, fostering a collaborative and efficient knowledge creation process.
  • Champion effective knowledge-sharing practices across all departments, including Operations, People, Product, Legal, and IT, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive knowledge repositories accessible to all Lime Operators, providing readily available information on best practices, procedures, and industry insights.
Your Profile:
  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • 5-7 years of proven experience in knowledge management, learning & development, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, build trust, and effectively collaborate with diverse teams across global locations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Hands-on experience with knowledge management standards and methodologies (e.g., knowledge mapping, taxonomy, lessons learned, Communities of Practice).
