Senior Media Manager / Strategist

This is a senior-level position within our team at air-recruitment, where you will play a vital role in developing and executing media campaigns that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Media Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies and plans that align with our business objectives, leveraging multiple channels and platforms to reach our target audience.
  2. Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the media landscape, and provide actionable insights to inform our media strategies.
  3. Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of junior media strategists and planners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success and growth.
  4. Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop media strategies that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
  5. Media Buying and Planning: Develop and execute media buying and planning strategies that optimize our media spend and drive business results.

Requirements:

  1. Media Planning and Buying Experience: Proven experience in media planning and buying, with a strong understanding of media channels, including digital, TV, OOH, radio, social, and influencer marketing.
  2. Media Research and Analysis: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data from multiple sources to inform media strategies.
