Job Title: Senior Global Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Global Reward Specialist to join our team at PA Consulting. As a key member of our Global Reward team, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and coordinating PA's Global Reward programs.

About the Role

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract opportunity to support our team during an exciting period of change. You will work closely with our Global Reward Manager and team of Reward Specialists to implement a refreshed reward plan that supports PA's newly developed strategy, focusing on cultural change, pay equity, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Global Reward programs that align with PA's strategy and values
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across PA, including the CEO and executive management team
  • Provide expert advice on compensation and benefits to support business decisions
  • Analyze and report on reward data to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Global Reward team to develop and implement benefits technology projects
Requirements
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills, with experience in manipulating large datasets
  • Proven experience in reward and compensation, ideally within the professional services industry
  • Passion for analyzing and reporting on pay gaps, with experience in closing gender, ethnicity, and other pay gaps
  • Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to gain credibility at all levels of seniority
  • Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines
