Kendago, a leading global digital advertising agency, is on the lookout for a talented and innovative Direct Response Copywriter to enhance our Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) team. This role is essential in refining promotional content for top-performing direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Flexible Work Arrangement: This position offers remote work with the potential for full-time employment based on performance and organizational needs.
- Collaborate with CRO Team: Work closely with the Conversion Rate Optimization team to improve sales funnels for prominent DTC brands.
- Conduct In-Depth Research: Engage in comprehensive research on target demographics, product offerings, pricing strategies, and the buyer's journey.
- Task and Deadline Management: Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely project completion.
- Creative Concept Development: Generate innovative ideas and compelling hooks to engage the target audience.
- Quality Assurance: Rigorously proofread all written materials to ensure accuracy and high standards.
- Proficient Use of Tools: Utilize project management software, Google Docs & Sheets, and Slack for efficient collaboration.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- US Market Insight: Candidates should possess a deep understanding of the cultural nuances and preferences within the US market.

- Proven Experience: A demonstrated history of writing effective DTC funnel sales copy, including Video Sales Letters (VSLs), is required.
- Expertise in Funnel Optimization: Candidates should have a strong grasp of sales funnel optimization and strategies to enhance customer Lifetime Value (LTV).
- Understanding of Marketing Principles: A solid understanding of direct response and direct-to-consumer marketing principles is necessary.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Proficiency in English writing and grammar is crucial for maintaining high-quality communication.
- Detail-Oriented Multi-Tasker: The ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines is essential.
