Senior Home Care Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Home Care Supervisor to join our team at Social Care and Education Jobs Ltd. As a Senior Home Care Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality care services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and support a team of Home Carers, providing guidance and assistance to ensure excellent care standards.
  • Conduct regular quality checks and risk assessments to maintain a safe and effective care environment.
  • Liaise with families and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Home Carer or Home Care Assistant, with strong supervisory skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Valid driving license and access to a car.
  • Desirable: Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
