Commissioning Care Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commissioning Care Home Manager to join our team at Sanders Senior Living. As a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will be responsible for commissioning and managing care homes to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered to our residents.

About the Role:

The Commissioning Care Home Manager will be responsible for:

  • Commissioning and managing care homes to ensure high-quality care and services are delivered
  • Developing and implementing care plans that meet the needs of our residents
  • Managing and supervising care home staff to ensure they are providing high-quality care
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Requirements:

To be successful as a Commissioning Care Home Manager, you will need:

  • Proven experience in commissioning and managing care homes
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments
