Job Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dedicated and dependable Cleaning Operative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within designated areas, ensuring a pleasant environment for all users.

Employment Type:
Permanent - Part Time.

Compensation:
£12.40 per hour.

Working Schedule:
17.5 hours per week, 3.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday - Evening shifts.

Immediate Start Available.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that assigned areas are consistently clean, tidy, and ready for use.
  • Exhibit professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, adhering to company policies and values.
  • Perform all cleaning and waste management tasks as required within the assigned premises.
  • Be prepared for physically demanding tasks, including occasional lifting.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
  • Strong time management abilities.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor towards clients.
  • Ability to manage time effectively to fulfill responsibilities.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Effective communication skills.
Previous experience is preferred; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
