This is an exciting opportunity to join our team of Regional Managers as we implement our Commercial Operations strategy and Food & Beverage Plan. Our Regional Managers play a vital role in ensuring that our café and property teams receive the necessary support and leadership to thrive, meeting visitor expectations and generating revenue to safeguard our cherished locations for future generations.
Responsibilities & Coverage: The successful candidate will oversee Food & Beverage operations across the designated region, managing a diverse portfolio of properties. This role requires regular on-site presence, with expectations of working at least three days per week, along with occasional travel for meetings.

As the leader of the Food & Beverage teams, you will collaborate closely with key personnel, including General Managers and Food & Beverage Managers, to ensure standards are met, profitability is enhanced, and changes are effectively implemented.
This role is operationally focused, supporting an operation that welcomes visitors throughout the year. As such, the working schedule will include weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by business needs.
Key Duties
Reporting to the Head of Operational Delivery, your responsibilities will include:
Assisting your properties in developing action plans that drive proactive solutions, resulting in profit and sustainable growth. Collaborating with your team to achieve property objectives. Managing budgets effectively with your team. Utilizing your expertise to transform perceptions and operational practices to enhance business performance. Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal processes. Building a high-performing team while supporting employee wellbeing and professional development. Sharing best practices and insights to ensure excellent service delivery. Travel will be required both regionally and nationally, necessitating a valid driving license. Mileage will be reimbursed according to our expenses policy.This role includes direct management of Food & Beverage Managers across a defined portfolio of properties, with potential for indirect management of larger teams.
Candidate Profile
To excel in this position, candidates should demonstrate:
Strong commercial insight and technical knowledge of the food and beverage sector. The ability to assertively challenge in a constructive manner. Experience managing large, complex teams in a Senior Food & Beverage Manager or Regional Manager capacity. Excellent communication and diplomacy skills for navigating challenging discussions and influencing change. Financial acumen related to budget management and delivery. A proven track record of performance leadership, with the ability to analyze issues comprehensively and implement effective solutions. Demonstrated consulting and mentoring abilities. Proven skills in influencing while enhancing engagement. Capacity to drive change within a dynamic commercial environment.
