We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our team at a stunning country inn. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity to work in a rosette-standard kitchen, where you will have the chance to showcase your culinary skills and creativity. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes to a high standard, working closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard, using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Work closely with the head chef and other kitchen staff to ensure seamless service
- Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
- Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes
- Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive kitchen culture
- Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, preferably in a rosette-standard restaurant or hotel
- Strong knowledge of kitchen due diligence, including H&S and HACCP
- Understanding of seasonal produce and ability to utilize ingredients in a creative way
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of attention to detail
