Our Story
We started on Portobello Market, where we gained a loyal following and developed a reputation for our innovative approach to fashion. We have since expanded to five locations in central London, with our Islington store serving as our Customer Service Hub.
The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and charismatic individual to join our team as a Sales & Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering queries, and assisting with sales. This role requires a strong ability to communicate effectively, think critically, and work collaboratively with our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
- Answer customer queries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with sales, including processing transactions and maintaining a high level of product knowledge
- Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to enhance our customer service and sales processes
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of product knowledge and fashion awareness
- Experience in a retail or sales environment, preferably in a similar-sized menswear retailer
