About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Dynamics Developer to join our team at Mercury, a leading provider of SaaS solutions for recruitment and staffing firms. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in driving the continuous enhancement and improvement of our Dynamics Solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Innovation: Collaborate with our development team to design, develop, and deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Lead Code Quality: Ensure code quality and adherence to standards through thorough code reviews, promoting a culture of excellence in software development practices.
  • Product Expertise: Develop an extensive understanding of our entire product suite, contributing to its evolution and serving as a key player in discussions related to requirements, design, and development.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proactively manage expectations of key stakeholders, including the Development Team Lead, Development Manager, Product Owners, and the Technical Architect.
  • Agile Development: Participate in Agile development methodologies, contributing to backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions to ensure effective planning and execution of development initiatives.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in C# and JavaScript for solution development, with skills in creating and optimizing SOAP and RESTful web services.
  • Dynamics 365 Experience: Experienced in customizing Dynamics 365 solutions, enhancing functionality, and ensuring an optimal user experience.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Skilled in Unit Testing, ideally using MSTest or NUnit, ensuring the reliability and robustness of developed solutions.
  • Cloud Technologies: Familiar with Source Control systems (TFVC and/or GIT) and Cloud Technologies in Microsoft Azure, leveraging cloud services to enhance solution scalability and efficiency.
