Job Title: Clinical Team Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Leader to join our team at Cromwell Hospital. As a Clinical Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of the clinical areas, including assessment of care needs, development, implementation, and evaluation of programs of care, and setting standards on a shift basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support quality improvement initiatives to drive up high-quality clinical care.
  • Support with monitoring standards of documentation within their areas, ensuring compliance with regulatory codes and guidelines.
  • Lead and manage a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure safe and effective care delivery.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery and patient satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Adult Registered Nurse (NMC Pin)
  • Endoscopy Nursing Experience (essential)
  • Knowledge of NMC Codes and guidelines and their implications for practice
