Your Role

As a Clinical Team Leader at Cygnet, you will be responsible for leading a team of healthcare professionals in providing high-quality care to patients and service users. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that our services meet the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and services.
  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety.
  • Provide clinical leadership, coaching, and mentoring to support the development of our services and staff.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and achieve our organizational goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and research to ensure that our services are evidence-based and effective.
Requirements
  • At least two years' experience in a leadership or management role in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, patients, and families.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation, and to demonstrate integrity in your role.
