We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic Human Resources Team in Plymouth. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert guidance and support to employees and managers across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Provide generalist HR advice and support to employees and managers on a range of HR-related matters, including grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, and absence.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and company procedures.
- Collaborate with managers and employees to resolve HR-related issues and provide coaching and guidance on HR best practices.
- Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on HR-related matters, including grievances and disciplinaries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with employees and managers to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an HR advisory role.
- Relevant degree or CIPD qualification.
- Sound understanding of employment law and company procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
