We are seeking a highly skilled Branch Sales Director who will work closely with the Branch Manager to achieve the Branch and Regional Sales strategy to targets and attain monthly and annual sales targets for the branch budget.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate for the Branch Sales Director role will champion the Company's initiatives and Sales agenda, ensuring that existing accounts are being managed effectively to achieve maximum business, and open new accounts and ensure that they develop profitably.
The successful candidate will also work with the Branch Manager to identify larger branch-held accounts to focus on and develop strategies to maximise margin, profit, and volume within defined branch areas. They will also have monthly performance meetings with the Regional Director/Branch Manager to discuss strategy and direction to gain market share.
Requirements:
- Previous Sales Management experience is highly desirable
- Good level of numeracy and IT skills
- GCSE Maths and English (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Communication Skills
- Industry knowledge (desirable)
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships with customers and suppliers
