Exciting Career Opportunity
Reeds Rains, a renowned estate agency in the UK, is seeking a dynamic and driven individual to fill the role of Trainee Sales Professional at our Wigan Branch. We pride ourselves on our professionalism and commitment to both our clients and employees.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of £22,000 - £25,000 per year (OTE)
- A starting basic salary of £17,500 with additional monthly commission
- Guaranteed commission for the first 6 months
- Opportunities for uncapped earnings and recognition for top performers
- Professional training and career advancement prospects
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with property matches and provide personalized service
- Conduct property viewings and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes
- Promote additional services to maximize branch revenue and drive business growth
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
Prior industry experience is preferred but not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. Ideal candidates should have a background in sales or customer service, be adaptable to fast-paced environments, and possess a UK driving license with access to a car.
