Trainee Sales Professional

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-oriented individual to join our team as a Trainee Negotiator at Reeds Rains Wigan Branch.
As a Trainee Negotiator, you will be responsible for registering customers, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and maximizing branch income through the cross-selling of other services.
You will work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through professional training and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Register customers and conduct property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximize branch income through the cross-selling of other services
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous sales and/or customer service experience is preferred, but not essential
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Full UK driving license and access to a car

What We Offer
- Pay in the region of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (OTE)
- Basic salary from £17,500 plus monthly commission pay
- Guaranteed Commission pay for the first 6 months of employment
