OVERVIEW OF JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in various facilities for a prestigious client. Your duties will encompass washrooms, kitchens, carpets, and adjacent areas.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Performing vacuuming and mopping tasks, ensuring washrooms and kitchens are thoroughly cleaned.
  • Executing deep cleaning procedures as necessary, with training provided for the use of buffers and carpet cleaning equipment.
  • Maintaining a safe and disinfected environment through regular cleaning protocols.
  • Managing waste removal, restocking consumables, and addressing immediate cleaning needs such as spillages.
  • Providing excellent customer service while collaborating with the client and their staff.

Person Specification:

  • Must present a professional appearance and possess strong communication skills.
  • Exhibit a positive attitude and be approachable.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in cleaning is preferred, particularly in unsupervised settings with the ability to prioritize tasks.
