About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning Operative to join our team at ABM UK. As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms
  • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and mops, to ensure a clean and safe environment
  • Restock supplies and materials as needed
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
