Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a variety of land and water-based activities to support personal growth.
  • Uphold industry standards and prioritize safety protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of qualifications and engage in continuous professional development.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across various departments for effective program delivery.
  • Oversee additional responsibilities such as equipment management.
  • Assist in the upkeep of facilities and gear.
  • Provide guidance and training to new team members.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Expertise in all land and water activities.
  • Ability to engage with individuals of all ages and enhance operational processes.

Required Certifications:

  • Mountain Leader certification.
  • Rock Climbing Instructor certification.
  • Paddle Sport Leader certification.
  • Senior Dinghy Instructor certification.
  • Windsurf Instructor certification.
  • Valid UK driving license with minibus entitlement.
