About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Adventure Education Instructor to join our team at Water Park Adventure Centre. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for delivering a range of tailored land and water-based activities that promote enrichment and personal growth for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality outdoor education programs that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Promote safe and enjoyable activities that foster a love for the great outdoors.
  • Collaborate with our staff team to ensure seamless coordination of all centre activities.
  • Manage additional responsibilities such as equipment maintenance and staff training.
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and activities that align with our centre's mission and values.
Requirements
  • MT Mountain Leader qualification.
  • Experience in delivering outdoor education programs for children and young adults.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
