Key Responsibilities
- Quality and Project Management

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Stakeholder Management
- Coach and mentor employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, influencing and advising on HR-related matters.
- Education and Qualifications
- Hold a BA/BSc degree in HR or a related field.
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 in HR.
- Travel and Languages
- Regular UK and occasional overseas travel.
