Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality care to residents, in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission, and values.
  • Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Manage staff costs, associated budgets, and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.
  • Lead and motivate a team of care professionals to deliver exceptional care and services.
Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 or above in Care.
  • Experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant.
  • Effective team management and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy with experience of using a variety of IT systems.
