**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the 24/7 delivery of high-quality care to residents and driving the operation and growth of a 24-hour business.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Ensure delivery of the highest standards of quality care in accordance with Bupa's Vision, Mission, and values.
  • Implement all Bupa's detailed nursing and operational policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with regulations and contractual requirements.
  • Manage all staff costs, associated budgets, and occupancy within your area of the Care Home.

**Requirements**

  • NVQ level 3 or above within Care.
  • Experience of working in a residential unit to a minimum job level of Senior Care Assistant.
  • Effective team management skills.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Good time management skills, ability to prioritise and organise workload appropriately.
  • Computer literate with experience of using a variety of IT systems.
