Mother's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mother's Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. As a Mother's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a client with complex needs, including childcare and domestic duties.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with childcare duties, including planning and preparing meals, tidying, and supporting with domestic chores.
- Support the client with daily tasks, such as driving her and her children to and from school, and participating in social and extracurricular activities.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to the client, enabling her to be confident in providing all aspects of childcare to her children.
- Experience of working with children and supporting families with complex needs.
- Ability to drive and use own vehicle for work purposes.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
- Competitive hourly rate of £16.50.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata.
- Pension (subject to qualifying status).
- Free DBS check.
