Job Title: Mother's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mother's Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. The successful candidate will provide essential support and care to a family with children, enabling the mother to manage her daily responsibilities and provide the best possible care for her children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with childcare duties, including meal preparation, planning activities, and ensuring the children's needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to the mother, helping her to manage her daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Drive the children to and from school, as well as to social and extracurricular activities in the Harpenden area.
  • Participate in household chores, such as cleaning and laundry, to maintain a safe and healthy environment for the family.
  • Support the mother in planning and implementing therapy programs for her children, as required.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children and families, preferably in a care or support role.
  • Ability to drive and use own vehicle for work purposes.
  • Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly rate of £16.50.
  • 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata.
