Mother's Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mother's Help/Support Worker to join our team at ILS Case Management. The successful candidate will provide essential support and care to a family with children, enabling the mother to manage her daily responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with childcare duties, including meal planning, preparation, and tidying.
- Support the mother with domestic chores, such as laundry and cleaning.
- Drive the children to and from school, as well as to social and extracurricular activities.
- Participate in therapy sessions and support the family's therapy programme.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to the mother and children.
- Experience working with children and families.
- Ability to drive and use own vehicle for work purposes.
- Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) Certificate.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
- Competitive hourly rate of £16.50.
- 5.6 weeks annual leave pro rata.
- Pension scheme (subject to qualifying status).
- Free DBS check.
