About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Amazonico London. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of our signature desserts and pastries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in the preparation and presentation of desserts and pastries
  • Develop and implement new dessert and pastry recipes
  • Lead a team of pastry chefs to ensure high-quality standards are met
  • Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients and supplies
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
