Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve project delivery and team performance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Civil Structural Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and to budget.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong technical skills, with a deep understanding of civil and structural engineering principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple projects and deadlines.
