We are currently seeking a Customer Service Trainee to become a part of our esteemed Member Services team, specifically within the contact centre, as you embark on a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship.
This role offers a unique opportunity to enhance your customer service abilities, ensuring that our members receive an outstanding experience characterized by fairness, courtesy, empathy, efficiency, and consistency, all in alignment with PPF policies and standards.
The apprenticeship entails a structured day release to attend educational sessions where you will gain insights into delivering exceptional service to customers, whether in-person or through digital platforms. Furthermore, you will receive comprehensive training within the PPF while actively supporting our members in the contact centre.
We are looking for candidates who are eager to commit to an 18-month apprenticeship in a customer service-oriented position, particularly in a telephone-based environment. Ideal applicants should possess GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent) with a minimum Grade 4 (C) or above, demonstrate effective communication skills, and have proficiency in IT, particularly with Microsoft applications.
